Scope of Work
MIWEC decommissioned a refrigerated distribution hub requiring specialized handling of climate-controlled systems, ammonia piping, and insulated racking. The client needed zero disruption to adjacent operational buildings.
Additional scope included full dismantling of walk-in freezer zones, cold-rated racking systems, and dock-area components — completed in active logistics zones with phased access.

Timeline & Execution
3-week project completed in phases to allow for selective occupancy by neighboring tenants. Specialty sub-trades were coordinated under MIWEC’s supervision for refrigerant recovery and insulation removal.
