MIWEC was contracted to decommission multiple Bob’s Stores retail locations across Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Each closure was time-sensitive and required rapid mobilization, with crews performing full asset removal, interior dismantling, and patching.

Retail-specific challenges included varying store footprints, mall access restrictions, and multi-vendor coordination. MIWEC delivered consistent results at each site under 5-day windows.
