MIWEC performed full-scale asset recovery, site demolition, and environmental remediation at the St. Gobain / Norton Abrasives campus. All building foundations and footings were removed, with special attention to safety, permitting, and environmental controls.

A 250-foot brick smokestack was brought down via explosive demolition. Underground fuel oil tanks were pumped, cleaned, and removed in compliance with environmental guidelines. Hazardous materials and asbestos were remediated by HAZWOPER-certified crews.
