MIWEC executed the full decommissioning and demolition of a 350,000 SF biomedical research and pharmaceutical manufacturing campus at 350 Knotter Drive, Cheshire, CT. Scope included complete takedown of over 200 laboratory workspaces, 300 office units, conference centers, and mechanical spaces.

The project involved universal waste disposal, asbestos abatement, and dual-stage epoxy floor bead blasting with polishing in critical zones. All removal work followed strict containment, regulatory handling, and safety documentation standards.
