JCPenney Warehouse Liquidation – New Jersey

1M+ square foot multi-phase liquidation including racking removal, asset recovery, scrap loadout, and site restoration.

Scope of Work

MIWEC Asset Recovery Inc. was contracted to liquidate a former JCPenney warehouse facility in New Jersey spanning over 1,000,000 square feet. The scope included asset identification and removal, high bay racking demolition, wire removal, scrap recycling, and final sweep-out of the building for turnover.

Crews worked under an aggressive timeline with limited utility access and strict fire safety protocols in place due to the size and occupancy history of the structure.
